Confirmed: Karbonn is launching its Rebel 5G series — the Rebel 5G and Rebel Pro 5G — on 2 November 2026. An Amazon microsite for the launch is already live, which tells us where the phones will be sold first.
Not yet confirmed: the price. Karbonn has not announced pricing for either model, and we are not going to guess — you will find both phones’ pages on CompareIdea showing “Price not announced yet” until the official number lands on launch day. The same goes for the full specification sheet: anything beyond the confirmed launch date and the Amazon availability is, at this point, talk.
Why this launch is worth watching
Karbonn built its name on value-for-money phones for buyers outside the big metros, and a 5G series under the Rebel badge is a direct play for the budget segment — the most brutally competitive corner of the market. If the pricing lands aggressive, the Rebel pair will go straight into our best-buys-under-₹15,000 conversation. If it lands ambitious, the established Chinese brands will eat it alive. Monday’s price announcement is genuinely the whole story here.
What happens on launch day
The moment official prices and specifications are published, we will update the Rebel 5G and Rebel Pro 5G pages, check store prices, and publish a first-impression take with a verdict. Until then: date confirmed, price pending, expectations managed.
